I began my professional life in Computer Science and Engineering in the late 1970’s working on systems involving financial markets, and medical imaging systems to NASA, during the Space Shuttle Program. I and continued with many diverse projects as both an individual technical contributor and a technical leader. Later, I entered into Product and Service Marketing, Professional Services, and Staffing. In 1991, I started Business System Technologies Corp. For more than 30 years I have been focused on serving our clients with the technical, professional, and executive talent they need. I have never lost sight of the value of committed and talented people. The need for people to fit the role and the organization, then to deliver collectively and successfully is mission-critical and not at all easy!
